En este trabajo se ofrece una colección de supuestos o casos prácticos de Contabilidad General en los que se ha intentado sistematizar de forma ordenada y progresiva la aplicación detallada de determinadas Normas de Valoración del Nuevo Plan General de Contabilidad aprobado por el RD 1514/2007, de 16 de noviembre. Cuando se publicó la primera edición, entendíamos que este manual suponíauna oportunidad para adaptarse a los importantes cambios que se habían producido en la normativa mercantil y contable española. Han transcurrido más de ochoaños desde la aprobación del Plan General de Contabilidad de 2007, y se han producido numerosas modificaciones que obligan a adecuar los supuestos realizados a las nuevas situaciones. -

Una tecnopatía podría definirse como aquella afección que está estrictamente ligada a la profesión u oficio del trabajador, es decir, directamente relacionada con el elemento esencial del trabajo capaz de generar el daño. Existen numerosas actividades capaces de ocasionar una patología concreta y asociada a un sector industrial, lo que sin duda permite en muchas de ellas establecer el nexo de causalidad. Dicho nexo puede llegar a ser fundamental en el ámbito jurídico como por ejemplo en el establecimiento de una enfermedad profesional; este sería, el caso de las neumoconiosis y el sector de la minería, o lo que se constató en el sector de la aerografía textil y el Síndrome Ardystil. En el presente capítulo se han seleccionado diversos sectores productivos capaces de generar una patología más o menos concreta, haciendo hincapié, en la mayor parte de los casos, en aspectos de relevancia o repercusión en Toxicología Industrial, como son los riesgos químicos derivados de la exposición a contaminantes industriales que en el medio industrial cobran una notable importancia, sin perjuicio del tratamiento de los principales riesgos físicos, ergonómicos, psicosociales, o incluso aquellos aspectos relacionados con la seguridad. Aunque podrían haberse considerado algunos otros sectores productivos, se ha optado por incluir aquellos más relevantes y que conllevan una mayor tasa de siniestralidad o patología capaz de provocar absentismo. -

La presente obra, aunque constituye un todo orgánico, tiene dos partes claramente diferenciadas: la primera parte es la teoría general de la sucesión y la segunda se subdivide a su vez en dos materias: la sucesión legítima, o sea aquella que se produce cuando no existe testamento, y la sucesión contractual dedicada a los pactos sucesorios. Todo ello se estudia no sólo bajo la óptica del Código Civil, sino también de las distintas legislaciones específicas #llamémoslas o no forales# que existen dentro de nuestro país; y que tan ricas son en algunas materias como éste, precisamente, de la sucesión paccionada, que el Código Civil la había ignorado totalmente (por lo menos hasta la reciente reforma del artículo 831) . Todas estas materias están claramente relacionadas no sólo por regular el hecho sucesorio, sino, también de manera negativa por no aludir a la sucesión testamentaria y dejar aparte la sucesión forzosa o legitimaria, hasta el punto de que incluso determinadas materias, como el derecho de representación, han sido encuadradas en uno u otro ámbito según los diversos autores que los han estudiado, y que han seguido un criterio racional o legal (atendiendo a la ubicación dada por el Código Civil). He tratado de actualizar a fecha de hoy #marzo 2007# la normativa y jurisprudencia existente sobre las diversas materias. -
